Karen Bradley, Member of Parliament for Staffordshire Moorlands was pleased to meet Simon Whitehouse and Neil McKay from the STP for an update on Leek Moorlands Hospital.
Karen joins local people in their concern for Leek Moorlands Hospital and has initiated and attended many meetings with various healthcare professionals and the Health Secretary over several years. She is also working closely with the Save Leek Hospital Action group and with the Leader of the District Council, Cllr Sybil Ralphs MBE.
Karen commented,
“I was pleased to meet Simon Whitehouse and Neil McKay from the STP to discuss this important issue. I have been assured that 2018 will be a year of engagement and consultation with 2019 being the year of delivery of services that meet the health and care needs of the people of Leek and the Moorlands.
I will continue to fight for Leek Moorlands Hospital and the need for Leek to have the right services under one roof.”
