Moorlands MP, Karen Bradley has today officially launched her Pothole Taskforce.
Karen is urging residents in the Moorlands to report potholes in the Staffordshire Moorlands constituency on the ‘Report a Pothole’ section of her website as well as reporting them directly on the Staffordshire County Council (SCC) portal.
Karen decided to set up the Taskforce after receiving numerous emails from constituents concerning potholes and seeing for herself when out and about in the constituency just how bad some of them are.
Karen will work with SCC officials and local Councillors to do her best to make sure that the reported potholes are on the system and will report back on her website when she learns of programmed work on the potholes in question.
Karen commented,
“One of the biggest issues that you contact me about is the state of our roads and that is why I have decided to launch my Pothole Taskforce.
“I urge residents to report potholes both to SCC and on my website so that they are logged on the system and reported.
“I will follow them up and report back when I have any news.”
