Following the Chancellor’s Budget and Karen’s contribution to the Budget debate on Monday, Karen held further calls with some of the wedding events businesses in the Moorlands, with Alton Towers and also a roundtable with businesses in the hospitality and tourism sectors.
Karen said,
“There was a lot of good news in the Budget but I know that many local businesses still have questions and concerns so it was good to be able to speak to some of them this week. Thank you to UK Hospitality, North Staffordshire Chambers of Commerce and Cllr Sybil Ralphs from Staffordshire Moorlands District Council for joining the hospitality and tourism roundtable.”
