Moorlands MP, Karen Bradley was honoured to take part in Remembrance events this weekend in Leek and in Cheadle and was grateful to Mike Robinson for laying a wreath on her behalf in Biddulph.
Karen said,
"I am always honoured, as your Member of Parliament, to be invited to a number of Remembrance services to pay respects on behalf of local residents to those who died in the two World Wars and other conflicts.
"The Moorlands always pays such fitting tributes to the men and women who gave their lives defending our freedom and there were lots of events taking place all over the constituency.
"A huge thank you to the Royal British Legion and to everyone supporting the Poppy Appeal and our Remembrance services all over the Moorlands."
Lest We Forget.
