Moorlands MP, Karen Bradley was delighted to join local artist, Robin Wight to see his finished FantasyWire statue on display at Trentham Gardens.
The statue is dedicated to the NHS and is to raise awareness for organ donation.
Karen visited Robin and his family in Oakamoor last year to see some of his FantasyWire sculptures and was able to see the beginnings of the life-sized fairy sculpture.
Karen said,
“The sculpture was stunning even in its early stages last year so I was absolutely delighted to be able to see the finished version in all its glory at Trentham Gardens.”
Robin and his team work with wire and metal to create some amazing pieces of art. From his trademark fairies to dandelions, made by his daughter Amy, and daisies, his work can be seen at Trentham Gardens and also on TV.
