Aged 18 and over
A pop-up vaccination clinic opens on Monday June 7 to everyone aged 18 or over who lives in Leek or attends or works in a Leek school. The clinic is the only place where people in the town aged 18 to 25 will be able to get the vaccine.
The pop up will run for 10 days at the clinic at Leek Moorlands Hospital (Sadler Ward) with daytime and some evening and weekend appointments
People can book a vaccine by registering online or by calling 01785 898844. If dates are fully booked, please keep checking back as further dates will be added once times are confirmed.
Please bring proof of identity showing home address. People who work at a Leek school or have children attending a school in Leek but live outside of the town should bring evidence of their connection (proof of employment or registered pupil).
Aged 25+
Anyone who is 25 or over can also book a vaccine through the national programme. Around 600 people in Leek who are eligible have not had their first dose.
