Karen's former Procedure Committee clerk wins Staffer of the Year for Select Committees Award

I am delighted that my former Procedure Committee clerk won the Staffer of the Year for Select Committees Award at the Parliament People’s Awards.

Martyn played a key role in drafting the Committee’s recommendations on implementing hybrid Chamber proceedings and remote voting during the pandemic and in securing the procedural arrangements for select committees to meet virtually.
