Karen speaks to Defra Minister about petition

Following the presentation of a petition in Parliament on behalf of local residents and relating to spreading operations in the Musden Low area, Karen was pleased to have a call with Defra Minister Rebecca Pow and the Area Environment Manager.

Karen said,

" I had a useful call with the Minister earlier today.

"Both the Environment Agency and Government are aware of residents' concerns on this matter and I would encourage local people to report to the Environment Agency once spreading starts."
