Moorlands MP, Dame Karen Bradley visited Cllr David Shaw this morning in Werrington to hear all about the latest projects.

 

Karen said,

"I am a firm supporter of the Werrington Community Volunteers and the Community Library and Wellbeing Centre and over the years have seen many fantastic projects completed.

It was therefore lovely to catch up with Cllr David Shaw this morning and hear all about CARING4CARE - a campaign to reactivate Care at Home in the Staffordshire Moorlands."

I am opposed to the government's decision to impose inheritance tax on family farms and will do all I can to try to make the Chancellor change her mind.  I have always stood up for our farmers and can see just what a dreadful impact this ill thought-out policy will have on family farms in the Moorlands.
