Moorlands MP Karen Bradley has welcomed the recent announcement that the Government will provide food vouchers covering the six-week holiday period with the Covid Summer Food Fund.
Full details will be set out shortly and those eligible will be those who already qualify for free school meals.
Payment will be through vouchers, using the scheme already in place.
A one-off six-week voucher will be given to eligible families at the end of term to use in supermarkets.
