Karen has been working on the issue of school transport for some time and has had many meetings and discussions with Ministers, other Staffordshire MPs and local councils.
Karen commented,
"I have been contacted by many constituents who are concerned about school transport provision in September and yesterday I submitted a written question to the Secretary of State for Transport."

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, if he will (a) extend the temporary exemption for fee paying school children on non-Public Service Vehicle Accessibility Regulations compliant transport and (b) allow for more fare-paying passengers for children travelling to faith schools.
