Karen asks a question to the Foreign Secretary

This morning Karen welcomed what the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs has said about the UK's commitment to ensuring education for girls and asked for a commitment that overseas development spending will continue to be maintained on these important issues.
